Who is responsible

1001 Conexões Unipessoal, Lda. (Enter.Mix IT Experts), tax number 507 741 153, Av. das Acácias 14, Loja 2, 2675-689 Odivelas, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. For any privacy question, write to help@entermix.net.

What data we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and message.
• Email and phone: the data you send us when you contact us directly, including job applications.
• Technical data: the server logs access data, such as IP address and browser, to keep the website secure. To stop abuse of the form, we keep an encrypted version of the IP address for one hour.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, or any tracking tools.

How we use the data

• To answer your request and prepare proposals: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To provide contracted services and invoice: performance of the contract and legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To assess job applications: pre-contractual steps and, if you want us to keep your application for future roles, your consent.

How long we keep it

• Contact requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years after the last contact.
• Client data: for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by tax law.
• Job applications: up to 1 year, or less if you ask.
• Form protection record: 1 hour.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We only use providers that process data on our behalf: our website hosting provider, with servers in Germany (European Union), and Microsoft (Microsoft 365), where we receive and store email. When Microsoft processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Simply write to help@entermix.net. We reply within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form is protected against automated submissions and access to data is limited to the team handling your request.

This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
