Accessibility statement.
We want our website to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology.
The standard we follow
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the W3C.
How we tested
In October 2026 we tested all 200 pages of the site, in all 10 languages, with the automated tool axe-core, and repeated the test on mobile in Portuguese, English and Chinese. Result: zero errors. The home page scored 100 for accessibility in Lighthouse.
What you can expect
- Full keyboard navigation and a link to skip straight to the content
- Adequate colour contrast and text that can be enlarged
- Images with alternative text and forms with clear error messages
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences and automatic dark mode
Known limitations
Automated tests do not catch every issue. We keep reviewing the site manually and fix any barrier reported to us.
Found a barrier?
Tell us which page and what difficulty you ran into. We will reply and, if needed, send you the information in another format.
